WHERE & WHEN TO REPORT: Monday, June 19th

Overnight Campers: Report to Centennial Place for check-in at 8:00am. After you check-in you will need to go to the Music Building for your placement audition.

Day Campers: Registration for day campers will begin at 8:00am in the lobby of the Communication and Fine Arts Building (off of Central Avenue).

All campers must report to the lobby of the Communication and Fine Arts Building once they complete their audition. Once the auditions are completed, we will have a brief meeting to introduce the staff, review the drop-off and pick-up information for the week, review the camp rules, and talk through the schedule for the week.

Sample Daily Schedule

8:30am Full Camp Meeting – begins on Tuesday
9:00am Chamber Ensemble Rehearsals and Sectionals
10:00am Chamber Ensembles Rehearsals and Sectionals
  (Strings from 10am-12pm)
11:00am Band Masterclasses (brass, woodwind, percussion)
12:00pm Lunch/Free-time
1:30pm Electives
2:30pm Large Ensemble Rehearsals

Dinner/Free time/Day Camper Early Pick-up

6:00pm Planned Fun Activity
8:00pm Day Camper Pick-up, Overnight Campers move to dorms for the evening​


The Final Camp Concert is Friday night, June 23rd at 6:30pm in Rose Theatre. Please park in the Zach Curlin parking garage.


At 4:15pm on Friday only, Band and Orchestra student day campers can be picked up in the Central Parking Lot on campus (normal Day-camper drop-off/pickup site). Your child will need to eat dinner and change into his or her concert clothes and return to campus by 5:45pm (or earlier for some groups). Your child may wish to eat on campus in the Tiger Den. If you purchased a meal plan for your child, this meal is included; parents or other family members may pay at the door, $7.50 + tax each.


For the Friday night concert, please wear your Music Camp T-Shirt (provided), jeans or shorts.
